Mini Rhythmic

Mini Rythmics, our new preschool aged class, combines dance and acrobatics along with the manipulation of objects.

Participants will be introduced to all 5 rhythmic apparatus: hoop, ball, rope, clubs, and ribbons. 

Through both free play and led activities children will develop motor skills and practice sensory stimulus while also building foundations of strength and flexibility. 

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a fun and artistic way to introduce your kindy aged child to body awareness, motor control, and hand-eye coordination; skills that will assist in the development of athletic potential for any sporting endeavour.
